Hello my name is Lucy Al-Said

I am a certified professional fitness trainer with a degree in Medical Sciences. While I was studying in university I realized that my passion is not only to treat people but also to prevent them from getting sick.

I discovered yoga back in 2014, and immediately felt that this teaching will play a big part in my life and my professional path. Up to this day I keep improving and learning with the same passion and interest.

I realized the immense contribution that yoga brings into emotional and physical wellbeing and I wished that as many people as possible could become familiar with this practce that rejuvenate their body and the mind.

I don’t only create courses I also conduct classes and have many student all around the world. I know first hand what students’ needs are on the other side of the screen and I will guide you through the process and support you whenever you need it.

  • How does the class look like?
    The lesson includes an introduction along with detailed explanation of exercises used in the first set, a visual demostration of the exrcise accompanied with a voice up until the end of the lesson. You will receive a comprehensive lesson in HD quality with professional voice recording and without any music. You will hear the music only in mediation lessons, where it is needed. The video was recorded in the horizontal orientation to make it easier to watch on any device regardless of the screen size.
  • Is it suitable for beginners?
    The short answer is yes. My classes doesn’t have difficulty levels. We perform movements that are accessible to everyone. You follow them according to your individual ability and with each lessons becoming more flexible, stronger and more confident with these movements.
  • Will the effect from the short classes be noticable?
    Yes, I don’t add unnecessary elements, and chose to use only most effective exercises. Their effectiveness is both tested and scientifically proven. This targeted approach allows to achieve very powerful fast results.
  • Can I pause thee course?
    We included 2 additional weeks as a gift. You will get a 45 days access to the course materials. You can take short brakes or be more intensive with your practise to achieve faster results.
  • How often should I practice?
    Physical activity is a daily body requirement. You can adjust the degree of intensity yourself by doing exercises without weights or with dumbbells. Exercises accompanied with the weigh should be performed 2-3 times a week, and yoga exercises could be done daily.
  • How often should I meditate?
    Kundalini mediations should be performed consecutively without interruptions during 40, 90 days for the stable results and noticeable inner changes. After 40 days you are elaborating form the negative mental attitudes and after 90 days a new habit will be formed.
  • Do I need a special equipment?
    No, there is no need for a special equipment. For more comfortable practice we recommend using the non-slip yoga mat. If you wish you can also step up your practice by introducing the weights.
  • From which device can I access the course?
    You can watch the course from computer or smartphone as long as you have a stable internet connection.
  • How much space do I need to practice?
    You do not need much space to start practicing. You need just enough space to fit your yoga mat.
  • Is this course suitable for pregnant?
    Yes, except for poses and asanas that directly target abdominal muscles: poses lying on the stomach, squeezing, sucking in or twisting the belly. Such exercises are quite rare, so excluding them, you still get a full lesson. You can start exercises after consulting your doctor. Pregnancy is not a disease, and it is necessary to continue the normal routine of life.
  • Can I practice if I have pain in my back and joints?
    You can start exercising after consulting with your doctor. If the pain is muscular or myofascial, in that case the training will help to completely heal the problem. Stress and physical inactivity are among the main causes of spasms, blocks and pain in the body. My classes remove imbalances, whereas the nervous system will stop sending pain signals to weak spots. Start moving and doing breathing practices and significant improvements will not take long to appear.
  • How should I pay and what payment do you accept?
    We accept all cards and use Stripe as our payment processing system.
  • How can I access the course?
    After the payment you will receive a link with all necessary information on how to use and navigate the course as well as your login and password to unlcok course materials on the website.
